Patient Participation and Involvement

What is our Patient Participation Group?

The Patient Participation Group is an initiative setup to involve our patients with the day to day running of the practice from a patient perspective. The patients are invited to meet on a quarterly basis to offer their concerns, views and suggestions. The doctors and staff at Aughton Surgery recognize the importance of open discussion with registered patients in order to evaluate and improve the services offered at the practice.

How can I offer suggestions?

Any items or suggestions that you feel need to be discussed or addressed at any future meetings should be sent in writing via email to [email protected] (FAO Patient Participation Group). These will then be passed on to be included in future agendas. Please note ‘personal’ issues can not be dealt with by the group.

Opportunities to get involved

If you would like to join our Patient Participation Group, please contact the surgery on 01695 317350 and let one of the team know, or alternatively, you can send the practice an email to express your interest – [email protected]
