New Patients – Online GP Registration

We are pleased to announce that we have now gone live with the NHS Online GP registration service.

This will allow new patients who would like to register with us to complete their registration online. This avoids the need for prospective patients having to come to the surgery to collect paper registration forms and complete them manually.

Our catchment area has not changed, and any new patients must have an L39 postcode for the registration to be accepted.
