If you’re going on holiday and you need travel vaccinations before you go, you will need to complete a travel vaccination form and hand it in to reception. The practice nurse will then have a look at your record to see if you need any, and if so, our Reception team will contact you to make an appointment. Please note, you need to have your vaccinations at least 4 weeks before you travel, and our nurse appointments are often pre-booked a couple of weeks in advance, so please plan ahead and leave plenty of time.
