Patient Participation Group

We are now looking to restart our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings on a quarterly basis, face to face at the surgery.

The meetings will involve discussions about issues that are currently affecting the practice, development within the practice and time for suggestions about how we can move forward with our service delivery.

The meetings are NOT sessions to raise complaints and speak about isolated issues that are affecting an individual.
